Terms and Conditions for PDDBM Fashion Design Student Order Form

1. Order Process
   All purchases of clothing and shoes created by PDDBM Fashion Design students must be made using the PDDBM Fashion Design Student Order Form. Orders cannot be placed through individual student accounts or other platforms.

2. Shipping Policy
   All items will be shipped directly to the customer after payment has been received and processed by PDDBM. Shipping timelines depend on the drop-shipping process managed through Printful. Customers will receive confirmation once their items have been shipped.

3. No Refunds or Returns
   Due to the customized nature of the clothing and the processes involved in production and payments to the students, all sales are final. PDDBM does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any items purchased.

4. Accuracy of Information
   Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the order form, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate. PDDBM is not liable for any errors made by customers during form submission.

5. Address Corrections
   Requests for corrections to the shipping address must be submitted before the product is shipped. While PDDBM will make every effort to update the address, corrections are not guaranteed. Address correction requests should be emailed promptly to ceochair@pddbm.org.

6. Payment Processing
   Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. Once payment is received, production and shipping of the items will commence. Customers will not receive their items until the payment is verified.

7. Liability Disclaimer
   PDDBM is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customer errors, including but not limited to:

   • Incorrect or incomplete information provided in the order form

   • Delays in submitting address corrections

   • Issues arising from Printful's production or shipping processes
