Welcome to the official application for the 2024 PDDBM Kwanzaa Celebration and the 2025 PDDBM Black History Month Fashion Show! This application is required for all models—adults and children—who wish to participate in these exciting events. In the form, you will provide essential information such as your experience level, accommodations needed, and confirm your availability for photoshoots and dress rehearsals.
